How to place an order?

To place an order, select the desired color and size of the product you want to purchase and then add the product to your bag. You can modify or validate your basket before making your payment. Once you have selected your items, complete your order by clicking on “Checkout”. You can log in, register or continue as a guest. You’ll be asked to choose your payment method and enter your shipping details. Please, check that the information you entered is correct and click “Buy”.

How will I know if you received an order?

After making a purchase on Precise Inc you will receive an email confirming your order within a several minutes. When your order is shipped, you will receive a second email with a tracking number so that you can track delivery of your package.

How can I cancel my order?

If you wish to modify or cancel your order, please contact our Customer Service as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request, however we cannot guarantee your order may be changed once it’s been submitted.

How do I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Orders are shipped with DHL/UPS. You can also track your package by entering your tracking number directly at the shipping service's website.

How do I collect my order?

All orders are shipped with UPS and require a signature upon delivery. If you are unavailable when your package arrives, the courier will make two more attempts to deliver your purchase.

When will I receive my order?

The regular processing time is up to 4 business days. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a link to track your order. You should have your order within 7 business days from placing the order.

The delivery time may differ depending on the country. Kindly note that delivery to rural addresses can result in longer delivery times.

Please kindly note that during sales periods we experience an increased number of orders which may cause a slight delay in shipping.

How much duty and tax will I have to pay?

For orders placed in EUR or USD or GBP duties are not included and they shall be borne directly by the Customer upon the parcel's arrival in the destination country. Precise Inc. cannot be held responsible for any action and/or costs and/or taxes and/or delays due to customs over which it has no control.

How much do I pay for shipping?

Our delivery cost may differ depending on the currency in which you wish to pay. Please see Shipping section to check delivery costs.

What payment methods does Precise Inc. accept?

Precise Inc. accepts the following payment methods by credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express. Payment is debited from your card once you place the order.
